About this Project
The Florida Department of Transportation made roadway improvements on S.R. 789 from Sarasota County line to Longboat Key Pass Bridge, in the City of Longboat Key. Work consisted of resurfacing, improvements of the roadway shoulders, as well as signing & pavement markings.
Lane Closure Hours
- Lane closures were restricted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Other Information
- No work permitted between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Speed limits were not be changed during construction.
